I am a repeat customer of Claire’s sound bath meditation sessions. She is an expert in conducting and composing the sounds and energy of the space, creating the perfect atmosphere for an intense relaxation experience. 

During the sessions I feel like the sounds are physically circulating throughout my body like waves causing me to focus on my breathe and body in a visceral way. Though difficult to describe, for me it produces a state of altered perception that feels rather spiritual.

It truly feels otherworldly- as if you are tripping out but yet completely sober and present. At the end of the session, my body and mind feels well rested and at peace. It’s a wonderful reset to have during the week. I always look forward to it! 

The sound bath experience at our bachelorette party was a perfect addition to our weekend!  Claire did an excellent job leading us through the meditation, which gave us time to breathe, relax, and reflect on the time we all spent together. It gave me such a sense of appreciation for all the women who were present for such a meaningful weekend and time in my life!
